In the course of increasing global networking and the growing complexity of (inter)national supply chains, efficient and transparent supply chain management is essential for a company.
The interfaces between the individual partners must be optimally coordinated, both in terms of the flow of goods and information.
Possible approaches for a transparent supply chain
One possible approach is the use of a supply chain control tower. This central information center brings together all supply chain data and provides an integrated overview of all events and key performance indicators along the supply chain. This allows risks and opportunities to be identified in real time and the need for action to be derived. A control tower is tailored directly to you and your needs and visualized in a meaningful way in order to offer real added value.
Another approach is blockchain, which relies on the decentralized distribution of multiple computers instead of a central information center. The supply chain data is stored as copies on all computers and is therefore virtually fail-safe. The manipulation of data is also virtually ruled out thanks to comprehensive, integrated controls along the supply chain, thus preventing fatal mistakes. In fact, the end-to-end transparency means that decisions can be made more quickly and on the basis of sound data. All steps are transparent and traceable at all times. The integration of cost allocation along the supply chain is also made possible by the use of a blockchain and offers potential for automating processes.

Lean management

Academy
In order to be able to support you as a competent partner, we must of course always be up to date with the latest developments in logistics and IT. One of the ways we come up with innovative ideas and solutions is by working closely with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. Our dual students provide us with new ideas and insights into current study projects. However, we not only have our dual students trained at the DHBW, but also provide our own lecturer in the field.
As a member of various associations, we are also well networked and work closely with our partners on an equal footing. We can also be found at various trade fairs and conferences to keep abreast of industry trends and discuss current topics.
We have also been a state-approved training center since 2009 and have the opportunity to train and develop our employees ourselves in our DENKINGER Academy. From the professional driver training acc. §5 BKrFQG about the forklift driver training acc. DGUV principle 308-001 through to annual training for forklift and crane drivers, we offer a broad portfolio for our industrial employees.
But our DENKINGER Academy also offers a number of interesting topics in the commercial field, which we teach our trainees in regular training courses. The speakers? Our employees! This is because they are experts in their specialist areas and are best placed to communicate the relevant content.
