As a fast-growing, medium-sized logistics company with a strong customer focus and a clear vision for the future, we are looking for you as a part-time or full-time Project Manager Construction & Real Estate (m/f/d) in Ehingen an der Donau. In this newly created key position, you will manage our construction projects - and actively shape the future of DENKINGER.

Responsibilities
  • Holistic management, support and monitoring of our construction and real estate projects - from planning to execution and handover
  • Coordination and management of all internal and external project participants (planners, architects, specialist engineers, authorities, construction companies)
  • Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards
  • Creation, review and evaluation of project and execution plans
  • Responsibility for approval processes and coordination with authorities
  • Application, support and follow-up of subsidies in the area of building and energy efficiency
  • Supervision of construction work, regular site inspections and documentation of project progress
  • Tendering, evaluation and awarding of construction and service contracts
  • Contract management and control of supplements and amendments
  • Risk management and early initiation of countermeasures in the event of project deviations
  • Reporting to the management and regular project documentation
Qualifications
  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g. construction technician, technical draftsman, site manager, master craftsman in the main construction trade) with appropriate further training
  • Experience in project management or coordination of construction or real estate projects, ideally in commercial or industrial construction
  • Knowledge of construction processes, approval processes and relevant standards and regulations
  • Experience in applying for and managing subsidies (e.g. energy efficiency, sustainable building concepts) desirable
  • Confident use of common planning and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, basic CAD knowledge, tendering software)
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards authorities, planners, service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiation security for tenders and contract awards
  • High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel to construction sites and business trips
