Responsibilities
- Koordination und Verwaltung von Lagerprozessen
- Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen, Bestellungen und Wareneingängen
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden als auch Fahrern
- Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Optimierung der Lagerlogistik
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik oder Bürotätigkeit von Vorteil
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally warehouse management software)
- Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten
