As a fast-growing, medium-sized logistics company with a strong customer focus and a clear vision for the future, we are looking for you as Head of Logistics (m/f/d). In this newly created key position, you will manage our logistics locations - and actively shape the future of DENKINGER.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the overall management and strategic orientation of our logistics areas - with the aim of raising transparency, efficiency and customer satisfaction to a new level.
- You manage around 50 motivated employees, develop teams and create an environment in which performance and cooperation go hand in hand.
- As the first point of contact for our customers and internal interfaces, you ensure smooth processes and sustainable cooperation.
- You rethink processes - with a clear focus on lean management, digitalization and efficiency.
- You establish forward-looking KPI reporting and stringent store floor management.
- You ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ensure a high level of security in operations.
Qualifications
- You have completed training as a logistics foreman (m/f/d), a logistics-related degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of management experience in a similar role - and see yourself as a role model and facilitator.
- You are experienced in cost and process optimization, ideally have sound knowledge of lean methods andunderstand how to make efficiency measurable.
- You are familiar with ERP systems.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented and forward-looking manner - and have both strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality.
- As a manager, you are communicative, clear in your decisions and approachable in your daily interactions.
