Description

As a dispatcher (m/f/d) for our free national/international transports , you will ensure that our transports run smoothly at DENKINGER. You coordinate freight orders, communicate with customers, drivers and partners and always maintain an overview.
Responsibilities
- Economic scheduling of local and long-distance vehicles and their drivers
- Monitoring of consignment deliveries and collections
- Agreement and adherence to deadlines
- Communication with drivers, own transshipment warehouses and customers
- Further development and expansion of your department
Qualifications
- Training as a forwarding agent or several years of experience in dispatching
- IT affinity and good IT skills
- Willingness to learn and motivation to discover new things
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (other languages are a plus!)
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of humor
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
