As a dispatcher (m/f/d) in the charter area, you will ensure that our transports run smoothly. You coordinate freight orders, communicate with customers, drivers and partners and always maintain an overview.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Training as a forwarding agent or several years of experience in dispatching
- IT affinity and good IT skills
- Willingness to learn and motivation to discover new things
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (other languages are a plus!)
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of humor
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
